Leading the Way in Cross-Cultural Understanding
Dr Izabelle Grenon is a Canadian-born keynote and guest speaker on cross-cultural relations, cultural diversity and inclusion, as well as a trusted Japan relocation consultant and expert in language acquisition. With a PhD in linguistics, more than two decades of international research, and having lived in six different countries—including 14 years in Japan—Dr Grenon blends academic excellence with real-world insight.
She served as an Associate Professor at the University of Tokyo for over a decade, leading global collaborations and publishing widely cited articles in linguistics. Today, she takes that expertise onto international stages as a keynote speaker, into schools as an education consultant, and into homes and workplaces as a relocation advisor.
As a keynote and guest speaker, Dr Grenon brings humor, depth, and heartfelt stories to conferences, corporate events, and community dialogues. Her work as a Japan relocation consultant is equally people-centered. Rather than offering concierge services, Dr Grenon empowers individuals, families, and employees to build a new life in their new country, independently. From cultural orientation to practical advice, her support helps clients understands their rights and options, so they can truly feel at home in Japan.
In addition, Dr Grenon is a consultant for second language education, helping schools create inclusive, innovative programs where students love to learn and teachers love to teach.
